She graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She has 26 years of experience in Real Estate. She spent 10 years as the owner and Broker-In-Charge of a Real Estate company that had over 50 agents and continuously was one of the top two companies in the area. She was the executive Vice President of Woodside Plantation in Aiken, SC, a 2,000-acre private residential golf community representing absentee owners prior to her move to Beaufort.
Karen has been with Coosaw Point as the Director of Marketing and Sales since its start 9 years ago and currently runs the Lowcountry Real Estate satellite office at Coosaw Point. Karen specializes in land, new home sales and waterfront property.
